Damage
Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and all hotel property in good condition throughout their stay.
Any damage, loss, theft, excessive soiling, misuse, or missing items caused by guests or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
Charges may be deducted from the security deposit. If the total cost exceeds the deposit amount, guests remain responsible for paying the outstanding balance.
Replacement costs and price lists for selected items are available in guest rooms.
Examples of chargeable damage or loss include, but are not limited to:
Missing room keys, key cards, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, or other hotel property.
Broken, stained, burned, damaged, or excessively soiled furniture, towels, bedding, walls, fixtures, appliances, or equipment.
Damage resulting from smoking in non-smoking areas.
Unauthorized cooking, laundering, or activities that cause odors, stains, pest infestations, or other damage.
Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with hotel policies.
Damage caused by cooking food, heating substances, or preparing beverages in electric kettles.
Removing indoor furniture, decorations, or equipment from guest rooms and causing damage, loss, or excessive wear.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund, deny future reservations, and pursue legal action where appropriate in cases of significant damage, theft, or non-payment.
Liability
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times.
The hotel shall not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of cash, valuables, documents, electronics, vehicles, luggage, or other personal property left in guest rooms, public areas, or elsewhere on hotel premises.
The hotel shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or interruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility outages, government actions, public disturbances, transportation disruptions, construction activities, or other force majeure events.
