You’re Checked In — Here’s What’s Next

Upon check-in, guests will be provided with key card(s) and/or room key(s) (if applicable). The key card allows access to the main entrance and guest room via the smart lock system. Please remember to carry your key card with you when leaving the property, especially at night.

Guests can access the internet via the open Wi-Fi network or by using the password: Dnh1312@. Our Wi-Fi names start with DNh ....

Our reception operates daily 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Should you require assistance, such as asking for more blankets, towels, toothbrushes, etc, it would be nice of you to contact us during this time or send us a message. Outside these hours, kindly press the bell at the reception desk for emergencies.

Pre-filled drinking water bottles are provided in each room. If you run out, please replace them with pre-filled bottles from the lobby mini fridge.

Hot Water / Showering: Our solar-powered water heater may take longer to heat up on rainy or cloudy days. If hot water is not available, please wait 5–10 minutes and try again. For your convenience, two backup electric water heaters are available in the lobby restrooms.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful environment, as the property is not fully soundproof. Outside these hours, please do not use the kitchen and keep noise low and respect other guests. We appreciate your help in maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

Room cleaning is available upon request until 3:00 PM. To schedule service, please scan the QR code located on your room door. 

Laundry is available between 8 AM - 7 PM at 40,000 VND per load. Further details are accessible via the QR code on your room door.
