Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Children must not be left unattended in guest rooms, common areas, or while using hotel facilities, including elevators, equipment, or other potentially unsafe areas.
Extra Guests / Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to occupy guest rooms unless prior approval is obtained from the hotel.
Any additional guests beyond the permitted occupancy may be subject to extra charges and must be approved and confirmed by the hotel in advance.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and any persons accompanying them.
Respect & Conduct
Guests are requested to respect other guests by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in cleaning, repair, or other applicable charges.
Cooking, laundering, or using hotel equipment for purposes other than their intended use is prohibited.
Hotel furniture, appliances, and other property must remain in their designated locations unless authorized by hotel staff.
Guests must not tamper with, relocate, damage, or misuse hotel facilities, safety equipment, or emergency devices.
The use of guest rooms for unlawful activities, commercial purposes, parties, or gatherings that may disturb other guests is strictly prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a stay without refund, or take appropriate action in the event of any violation of these policies.
Kitchen Usage Policy
Guests must clean up after use and return all kitchen equipment, utensils, and items to their original location.
Cooking must be kept light and must not produce strong or lingering odors.
Heavy cooking, frying, or food preparation that generates strong smells is not permitted.
The kitchen is not available for use between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Large gatherings, parties, or any activity that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of kitchen use.
