Payment & Deposit Policy

Accepted Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (Vietnamese Dong only)

• Vietnamese bank transfer via QR code

• Wise transfer (subject to availability in your country/region. Please check Wise's supported countries and services here before making payment. Guests are responsible for all transfer fees and charges. The amount received by the hotel must match the amount stated on the invoice.)

• International wire transfer (SWIFT). The fee-bearing code must be OUR, meaning all transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and receiving bank fees are paid by the sender. The amount received by the hotel must match the amount stated on the invoice.

• Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards (available onsite only; a 3% processing fee will be applied to the transaction amount)

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay (available onsite only; a 3% processing fee will be applied to the transaction amount)

Deposits

We may require the following types of deposits from guests:

Reservation Deposit

A reservation deposit of 20% of total amount of the reservation may be required when a booking is made directly with us or through a third party without full payment. This deposit secures the reservation and allows us to confirm and hold the room for the guest.

Security / Damage Deposit

Please note that we require a refundable security deposit of 100,000 VND per room, payable in cash at check-in. This deposit will be returned in full at check-out, provided that no damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or policy violations have occurred during the stay.

The hotel reserves the right to deduct any applicable charges from the deposit before returning the remaining balance. If the cost of damages, losses, excessive cleaning, or policy violations exceeds the deposit amount, the guest shall remain responsible for paying the additional compensation in full.
