Identification and Immigration Compliance
  • All non-Vietnamese guests must possess a valid passport and a valid permit to stay in Vietnam, including a Temporary Residence Card, visa exemption certificate, or valid visa. In accordance with Vietnamese law, our staff reserves the right to request and recheck identification documents at any time during your stay to verify compliance with immigration regulations.

  • In accordance with Vietnamese law, local authorities, including police and immigration officers, may conduct inspections or identity verification checks at the hotel from time to time. All guests are required to cooperate fully with such inspections and provide valid identification and travel documents upon request.

  • Guests are solely responsible for maintaining a lawful immigration status throughout their stay in Vietnam. For any guest found to be staying unlawfully, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately without refund. Any legal proceedings, penalties, or enforcement actions shall be handled by the relevant authorities and shall take place independently of the hotel.

Prohibited Activities and Items

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, the following activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises:

  • Prostitution, human trafficking, illegal gambling, drug use, possession, or distribution of narcotics and other illegal substances.

  • Possession or storage of weapons, explosives, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, or prohibited goods.

  • Bringing pets into the hotel unless explicitly permitted by management.

  • Bringing bulky, hazardous, or inappropriate items that may pose risks to guests, staff, or property.

  • Cooking, washing clothes, or conducting commercial activities inside guest rooms.

  • Any violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Fire, Health and Emergency Procedures
  • In the event of a fire or other emergency, immediately notify hotel staff or activate the nearest fire alarm if available. Remain calm and follow all emergency instructions provided by hotel personnel. Guests must evacuate promptly using designated emergency exits and must not use elevators during a fire emergency.

  • Guests who feel unwell or exhibit symptoms of a contagious illness are expected to practice good hygiene and take reasonable precautions to minimize the risk of spreading illness to other guests and staff. Such precautions may include frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, wearing a face mask in common areas when appropriate, and seeking medical attention when necessary.

  • The hotel reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect the health and safety of guests and staff in accordance with applicable laws and public health requirements.

Privacy
  • During check-in, our staff will take photographs or electronic copies of identification documents for registration and reporting purposes as required by law. These records are stored and are periodically deleted from hotel devices in accordance with our internal data retention procedures and applicable legal requirements.

  • We respect the privacy, comfort, and dignity of all guests and expect the same consideration from everyone staying at our property. Guests are kindly requested not to disturb other occupants and to wear appropriate attire when outside their rooms or in common areas.

  • For the safety and security of guests, staff, and property, CCTV cameras operate 24 hours a day in public and common areas of the hotel.
