The property is located inside Grand world and have access to all restaurants,shops, teddy bear museum and so on. At this price It’s a steal. The laundry prices are cheap and clothes are ready in 3 hrs if given during the day.

Yes!! Every room at DNh Phu Quoc is equipped with a private bathroom to ensure your comfort and privacy throughout your stay.
Most of the time. WHY? Because our solar-powered water heater may take longer to warm up on rainy or cloudy days or night times. So during your stay, if the water isn’t hot, please wait 5–10 minutes and check again. For your convenience, 2 backup electric-heated showers are available in the lobby restrooms at DNh Phu Quoc - Bai Dai.
At DNh Phu Quoc, elevator availability varies by location.
The Bai Dai property is equipped with a lift, ensuring convenient access to all floors for guests who require it.
However, at the Shanghai Town location, there is no elevator available; access to upper levels is provided solely by stairs.
We recommend guests with mobility concerns consider this when choosing their accommodation to ensure the most comfortable stay.
DNh Phu Quoc maintains a strict non-smoking policy throughout the hotel premises to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests. Smoking is prohibited inside all guest rooms, indoor common areas, and facilities. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who smoke, allowing them to do so without affecting the comfort of others. Guests found violating the smoking policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
When checking in at DNh Phu Quoc, guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a passport or national ID card (CCCD), to verify identity. Children must check in with their parents or legal guardians and show their IDs or passports or birth certificates.
Foreign guests must provide a valid passport along with their visa or entry permit if applicable. Additionally, a confirmed reservation or booking confirmation is necessary to facilitate a smooth check-in.
At the moment, we do not yet offer breakfast. Instead, we provide a selection of fast food and drinks at the counter. We also have a common kitchen at DNh Phu Quoc - Bai Dai for guests to use. You can explore these options and nearby food vendors and restaurants upon your arrival.
